- Review and approve project deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
- Maintain access credentials and information required for website services.
4. Payments and Fees
Pricing and payment terms are agreed upon before the start of any project. Unless otherwise agreed:- Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Work may be paused if payments are overdue.
- All fees are non-refundable once services have been started, except where required by applicable law.
5. SEO Disclaimer
SEO involves many factors outside of TopGemWeb’s direct control, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity, industry changes, and market conditions. While we use professional SEO practices and strategies, TopGemWeb does not guarantee:- Specific Google rankings
- A specific amount of website traffic
- A specific number of leads or sales
6. Website Projects
Website projects may include design, development, content implementation, and technical optimization. Final ownership rights for custom-created website assets will be transferred according to the terms agreed upon in the individual service agreement. Third-party tools, plugins, themes, software, and licenses remain subject to their respective providers’ terms and conditions.7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, and materials created by TopGemWeb remain the intellectual property of TopGemWeb unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce our proprietary materials without written permission.8. Third-Party Services
